The Mill is now offering a wine and bourbon locker lease program. Lease a locker for only $500 for the entire year. Enjoy some fabulous benefits by being a member of our elite group and wine and bourbon lovers.

Private use of the locker for a 12 month time period to store wines and bourbons purchased through our vendors. Discounted pricing on wines and bourbons (up to 50% off normal restaurant pricing) as well as access to hard-to-find bourbon and wine.
Locker owners will also receive 10% off appetizers during your leasing period, a custom nameplate for your private locker space, and exclusive access and discounts on our wine or bourbon events.
The Mill locker Agreement
State and local liquor laws will always supersede Locker rules and must be followed at all times.
Membership includes a locker that holds up to six bottles that must be purchased through the restaurant.
Three bottles must be kept in locker at all times. If one is consumed another must be purchased at that time.
Locker Members will have access to purchase selected wines and bourbons through the restaurant that will be EXCLUSIVE to the club.
Management will determine the list and it can vary monthly depending on availability.
Locker members will receive 10% off all appetizers while dining in the restaurant.
The minimum term for membership is ONE year. Fees and alcohol must be paid for at the time of signing the lease.
There will be a three bottle minimum and six bottle maximum for each locker at any time. If one bottle is taken out for consumption it must be replaced at that time.
White wine will not be kept chilled. It is the responsibility of the member to call ahead of time so the bartender can chill your wine for consumption.
